A Glorious Future
Dear Friends in Christ our King,
Happy month of June! As the weather turns warm, so do our hearts, especially having been encouraged by the feast of the Ascension just three days prior.
In the Ascension, God tells us about the future of the world. True knowledge of the future belongs to God, who governs His creation with wisdom and purpose. The Ascension of Christ is His promise to return in glory, and with it, the assurance that good will ultimately triumph over evil.
Christ’s Ascension also speaks to our personal future. He ascended to prepare a place for us, and each Holy Communion we receive is a foretaste of the heavenly banquet awaiting us. Just as we now see Christ hidden in the Eucharist, we shall one day see Him face to face in heaven. The sufferings and trials we endure in this life are not meaningless. They are reminders to lift our hearts to our true home above, where joy and peace will have no end.
Therefore, the Ascension gives us news of confident hope. In our weariness, discouragement, or pain, we are reminded of the blessed eternity awaiting us. Like the saints who longed for heaven and even embraced their crosses for its sake, we too are called to fix our gaze on the future Christ has promised.
He has gone before us not to abandon us, but to prepare a place where we shall rejoice forever with Him, with Mary, our guardian angels, and all the saints. Alleluia!

Institute Pilgrimage to Rome
for the Jubilee Year
From May 8-10, the Institute worldwide participated in a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage to Rome for the occasion of the Jubilee Year.
Seminarians and Sister Adorers joined canons and lay pilgrims from all across the world to visit the city of Rome. Among their various activities, they stopped and prayed at several churches, culminating with several beautiful liturgies at the basilicas of St. Mary Major on May 8 and of St. Paul Outside the Walls on May 10.
On May 9, an enormous group made of canons, oblates, seminarians, sisters, and pilgrims processed down the Via della Conciliazione entering St. Peter's Basilica, ending with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament within the basilica. This group then prayed at the foot of the Altar of the Confession, only within a few dozen feet away from the tomb of St. Peter.
Some were blessed with the opportunity to be in St. Peter's Square on the afternoon of May 8 for the election of Pope Leo XIV.
Among the many pilgrims from the American province was a group led by Canon Jayr which continued on to visit other sites in Italy including the Institute's Seminary near Florence.
The Institute is deeply grateful to Divine Providence for this occasion to be present at the heart of the Catholic faith for this Jubilee Year. Deo gratias!

Come join us at the Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation, as we place our apostolates, our families, and the needs of the whole Church Militant into the hands of Our Blessed Mother.

A Word from the Sister Adorers
Month of Mary
During the month of May, the sister Adorers in Wausau concluded the year's catechism classes and had a farewell tea party with the Company of the Immaculate, their group for girls. In front of the loving audience of their mothers, the girls performed a two-part hymn and a poem memorized in honor of Our Lady.
The end of catechism was beautifully marked by the First Holy Communions in early May and Confirmations with His Eminence Raymond Leo Cardinal Burke at the end of the month. Under the protection of the Queen of Heaven, God has richly blessed his Church in this month dedicated to His Blessed Mother!

Recurring Gift Society
All of our benefactors who make a recurring gift of any dollar amount are enrolled in the Little Flower Recurring Gift Society.
Members have the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass offered for them and are prayed for especially during the Perpetual Novena in honor of St. Therese of the Child Jesus offered at our U.S. Provincial Headquarters.
